Students learned everything that happens from start to finish. "It's all about making the customer feel welcome", says Hayden. He and the entire staff make certain your visit was great from start to finish. Carrabba's takes pride in treating everyone with great customer care.
The hours of a manager exceed 80 a week. This was a dose of reality for students in Mrs. Lam's Foods II class. Haley Roberts was also in attendance to share what it's like to be a Carrabba's server. "It's no easy task, you must study and be prepared", she commented about the test the servers must pass before they can begin to work.
It was a fabulous time to learn about how to manage a restaurant and the best part was the appetizer that Mr. Hayden cooked up for the class.
