The hours of a manager exceed 80 a week. This was a dose of reality for students in Mrs. Lam's Foods II class. Haley Roberts was also in attendance to share what it's like to be a Carrabba's server. "It's no easy task, you must study and be prepared", she commented about the test the servers must pass before they can begin to work.
It was a fabulous time to learn about how to manage a restaurant and the best part was the appetizer that Mr. Hayden cooked up for the class.
