HR Elementary celebrates successful bookfair

The Book Fair at Holly Ridge Elementary School was held from Nov. 9-19 in the media center. A family night was held on Nov. 12. Destination was the theme of the book fair and a hot air balloon was in the school foyer to coordinate with the theme.

The Scholastic Book Fair was a huge success and the school made $7578.64 in profit. Holly Ridge Elementary bought books and will spend the rest of the money to purchase equipment for the library. Thank you to Holly Ridge volunteers, parents, staff, and students for making the Book Fair such a wonderful event!
